Iona Singleton

A somatic psychologist, holistic health practitioner, medical herbalist, Ayurvedic practitioner, and certified yoga teacher, Iona has trained in somatic therapies under Dr. Peter Levine and Dr. Gabor Maté. She is currently deepening her studies in existential psychology at the Existential Academy under Emmy van Deurzen. Her clinical focus is on trauma, addiction, and pain management.

Within Without was first published in 2020. Volume 01 spans 90 pages of musician Bill Rieflin's personal correspondence with founder, Iona Singleton. It captures his intimate thoughts during the last four years of his life, from 2016 until his passing on March 24, 2020. His letters are beautiful, sarcastic, and disturbing, imbuing the mundane with whimsical reflections as he searches for deeper meaning amid his own illness and the death of his wife, Francesca.
