Episode 02: Meditation

In this episode we invite you to join us in a guided meditation. We begin by observing our natural breathing, without any manipulation of the breath. This practice is known as the Anapana technique and is the first step in the practice of Vipassana meditation.

To prepare:

Come to a comfortable seated posture with your palms resting on your knees. Your palms can be open and facing up, or you can bring your index finger and thumb to touch in Jnana Mudra.
